  • Try to give up on processed / preserved food, these products are high on salt and may put on undue pressure on the system.
  • Never ignore tomatoes, studies reveal tomatoes an efficient tool to combat several types of cancers including prostate. They help fight back and also support the system to do the needful.
  • Healthy green tea is for its benefits worshipped by the Chinese for decades. They regard it an integral segment to let off its society of many disorders. The tea is rich in antioxidants maintain health in total and also lowers the risk of pancreatic, stomach and bladder cancer
  • Limit on smoke and alcohol. A little bit pamper is acceptable but its excess for sure can put one on an awkward position. Just this simple step can scrap many diseases from its existence. Lung cancer, liver affections are directly related to their consumption and can be easily voided with a few restrictions.
  • Hydrate yourself. Water is bliss to mankind; it not only forms the major segment of our body but also keeps one away from many cancerous affections. Its regular intake maintains bladder activity and safeguards from bladder cancer as well.
  • The green cabbage and its supporting family. Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower add on the cancer fighting capacity of a person they defend against colon, breast, and cervical cancer.
  • Spice affair too is an important version when we discuss cancer.  Turmeric adds on the battle and helps the body to fight back
  • Try to consume natural products rather than prepared ones, for instance going for a balanced diet is much better than a multi vitamin pill.
